A new Shazam…now with added Deezer

We are super excited to announce a partnership with one of the world’s most-downloaded apps, Shazam. Now if you’re in the UK, Mexico, Germany or Brazil, you’ll be able to listen to your Shazamed tracks straight away on Deezer. Ace huh?

Not only are we joining the Shazam family, but on top of this, Shazam have unveiled a host of new features for the latest phase of its redesign:

• Better social sharing options, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, WhatsApp and Pinterest.
• The ability to see lyrics immediately.
• Official videos can now be viewed from track pages.
• Album and track review pages have been redesigned.
• Biographies and discographies have been updated, making it easy to go from discovering a great track, to learning about it and checking out more from the band…and then diving straight in on Deezer!

The new redesign launches first on iOS, with Android to follow in a couple of weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for the update and let us know here on the blog what you think.
