As part of our Deezer NEXT programme, we’re supporting emerging artists who will be rocking your world in 2017. Rory Graham, aka Rag’n’Bone Man is one of them.
Introducing: Rory Graham
Aka: Rag’n’Bone Man
Hometown: Uckfield near Brighton, UK
Who is he? Rag’n’Bone Man is a 32-year-old British singer who recently debuted his first album ‘Human’. He has injected an exciting new twist into the blues music he grew up with by combining it with hip hop production methods to create emotional, heartfelt songs that are taking the world by storm.
Sound: Blues and soul with a hip hop edge. He resurrects age-old themes of loss and romantic pain with a raw, expressive, and powerful voice.
He’s a great guy: History has proved you don’t need to be a decent human being to make great music but it’s definitely a massive bonus. Rory is one of the most down-to-earth guys the industry has to offer. The voice-charisma combo could persuade you to sell a kidney in exchange for his friendship.
Why do we love him? Aside from the fact he loved our birthday cake, he recently delivered one of the best live performances Deezer has ever hosted.

So, without further ado, discover Rag’n’Bone Man’s new album. Human is the kind of album you’ll want to share with your mom, dad and extended family on Whatsapp. It will be the go-to album for Sunday morning hangovers, awesome late night sex, or getting back on your feet after a bad breakup. It’s basically the album you need for winning at being ‘Human’.
