The one of a kind pre-listening event for Ed Sheeran’s “–” (Subtract) album features never-before-seen artwork and a unique guided audio tour with Ed Sheeran himself

Paris, May 4th, 2023 – Ed Sheeran, one of the world’s favorite pop stars, is back with his latest album ‘–’ (Subtract), marking the end of his mathematical-themed album series. To celebrate this highly anticipated album drop, Deezer invited 150 guests to an exclusive pre-listening event in the form of an art exhibition in the Marais, at the heart of Paris, today.

Featuring exclusive images taken from 14 new music videos, one for each track of the new album, the exhibition takes guests on a guided audio tour of the album, with Ed Sheeran personally introducing each song in never-before-heard voice notes.

“We’re incredibly proud to host this one-of-a-kind, immersive event, celebrating the launch of ‘Subtract’ with Ed Sheeran,” said Nigel Harding, VP Artist Relations at Deezer. “We’re thrilled to offer fans the opportunity to experience the new album in a personal and unique way, while showcasing a behind the scenes look at Ed’s creative process.”

The event concludes with a video message from Ed Sheeran, who expresses his gratitude to his fans for their support throughout his career.

Ed Sheeran’s new album ‘-’ (Subtract) is available on Deezer from tomorrow onwards.

Ed Sheeran is one of the most streamed artists on Deezer, and in 2021, he recorded an extraordinary Deezer Session at Centre Pompidou in Paris.
