14 March 2019, London: Deezer, the global music streaming service has appointed Laurence Miall – d’Août as its Chief Commercial Officer. Laurence will be responsible for Deezer’s B2B activities around the world, including local and global partnerships, business development and advertising sales, as well as public relations. She joins Deezer on April 2nd.
Laurence joins Deezer from Liberty Global, the world’s largest cable company, where she worked the past three years as VP Advanced Data and Advertising. In her role, Laurence was instrumental in launching new advertising models and partnerships. Prior to Liberty Global, Laurence was the CEO at TVbeat, a total audience marketing start-up and spent over 10 years at Modern Times Group in various roles including as Executive Vice President of FreeTV, co-Managing Director of the UK operations and CEO of PayTV in Russia and CEE. She graduated from Edhec business school in France and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
