Deezer’s CEO Jeronimo on Billboard’s 2023 International Power Players list

Following a successful IPO, landmark B2B deals and the introduction of key industry initiatives, Deezer’s Chief Executive once again makes Billboard’s prestigious list

Paris, April 24, 2023 – Jeronimo Folgueira, CEO of global music streaming company Deezer, has for the second time been added to Billboard’s International Power Players list for 2023, as a key executive in the global music industry.

Under Jeronimo’s leadership, Deezer has reached significant milestones in the past 12 months, including the 2022 IPO on Paris Euronext, finalizing landmark B2B deals with RTL in Germany and Sonos in the US. The company has also taken the lead on key industry initiatives, including being the first to initiate price increases and collaborating with label partners to improve the payment model for music streaming.
