Takeover on Deezer: Girls Aloud Call The Shots

Posted by | November 25, 2012 | arch-Uncategorized

10 years.
20 consecutive Top 10 singles.
4 Number Ones.
5 platinum-selling studio albums.
A 1 million-selling greatest hits.
5 nationwide tours.
An Ivor Novello and a BRIT award.

What a remarkable report card that is for any band.

Since 2002, that is indeed a whole lotta history, some record-breaking, much genre-defying and an astounding number of brilliant pop songs.

Girls Aloud are back, back, back after three years away from being Britain’s best girl band. And they’re celebrating by taking over Deezer!

Yup – that’s right. Our editors are putting their feet up and their headphones down this week, and letting Cheryl, Kimberly, Nadine, Nicole and Sarah call the shots this week. 10 releases which are personal favourites of the girls are being highlighted as recommended picks on the service this week.

This week, wherever you see a blue heart on our Deezer Recommends, it means that it’s a release chosen by one of the girls.

And here is the full list of their recommendations by band member:
